Orders

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfilment.

• There has been a genuine pricing or technical error
• Payment cannot be processed
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• An order appears to have been placed for unauthorised commercial resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We may change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing or website error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund rather than being required to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

Products and sizes are subject to availability.

While we make every effort to keep inventory accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative option.

Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events and public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and our 14-Night Comfort Guarantee are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Features available through Nuula Girls or other customer account areas may change or be updated over time.

We may restrict or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Nuula or our systems from misuse, fraud or security risks.

Personal information associated with your account is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Reviews, Photos and Other Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to Nuula, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

Where you give us permission to share or use your content, including by tagging Nuula or participating in a promotional campaign, we may use it in connection with our website, social media or marketing.

We will not claim ownership of your original content.
